Team Structure

The Principal Consultant directs and supervises all work performed under this engagement.

Depending on scope and complexity, investigative, research, and document-intensive tasks may be performed by trained members of the firm under supervision. This structure allows for:

Engagement Structure

Scope is determined through consultation and may be structured as phased engagement, flat-rate package, or ongoing hourly support.

Consultant provides investigative and narrative development services in coordination with counsel. Legal strategy decisions remain exclusively within the discretion of the attorney of record.
